In-House Financing

 

At Jacobs Medical Academy, our In-House Financing option is designed for students who are ready to start classes as soon as possible without applying for a student loan.

With this option, students reserve their seat in the next available class by paying a $568.70 enrollment deposit (includes the $550 non-refundable enrollment deposit and 3.4% online processing fee).

​

Students may either pay their remaining tuition balance in full on the first day of class or enroll in automatic ACH payments to continue attending classes.

How It Works

​

  • Schedule an In-House Financing Enrollment Appointment.

  • Pay the $568.70 enrollment deposit.

  • Complete your enrollment paperwork.

  • Reserve your seat in the next available class.

  • Begin your program.

Phlebotomy Technician

Tuition: $1,814.00

First Day of Class Payment: $1,264.00

 

Medical Billing & Coding

​

Tuition: $3,162.00

Deposit Due Today: $568.70

All tuition payment amounts listed below include the 5.5% ACH processing fee:

  • 11 Weekly ACH Payments of $222.64

  • 6 Bi-Weekly ACH Payments of $459.28

 

Medical Administrative Assistant

Tuition: $3,731.00

Deposit Due Today: $568.70

All tuition payment amounts listed above include the 5.5% ACH processing fee:

  • 11 Weekly ACH Payments of $258.15

  • 6 Bi-Weekly ACH Payments of $479.43

 

Pharmacy Technician

​

Tuition: $3,719.00

Deposit Due Today: $568.70

All tuition payment amounts listed above include the 5.5% ACH processing fee:

  • 11 Weekly ACH Payments of $278.61

  • 6 Bi-Weekly ACH Payments of $557.22

 

Important Information

​

  • The $550 enrollment deposit is non-refundable.

  • Students enrolling under the In-House Financing option are eligible to begin the next available class.

  • If the remaining tuition balance is not paid in full on the first day of class, students are required to enroll in automatic ACH payments before attending class.

  • All ACH payment amounts listed above include the 5.5% ACH processing fee.

  • Students must remain current on all scheduled payments.

  • Tuition must be paid in full before a student is eligible to receive a Certificate of Completion, be scheduled for their national certification exam, or receive any other graduation documents requiring a zero tuition balance.
