Graduation  Ceremony

JACOBS MEDICAL ACADEMY

 

GRADUATION ATTENDANCE & CREDENTIAL DISTRIBUTION POLICY

 

Students are strongly encouraged to attend the official Jacobs Medical Academy graduation ceremony.

We have a graduation ceremony every Summer and Winter.

Students who do not attend graduation will NOT receive the following graduation items:

 

• Graduation cap
• Graduation lab coat
• Diploma cover/plaque (certificate holder)

 

Students who are absent from graduation will have their certificate mailed to the address on file. Certificates will be mailed within approximately 10–15 business days following the graduation ceremony.

 

It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that Jacobs Medical Academy has a current and accurate mailing address on file prior to graduation.

 

Replacement & Duplicate Documents

 

Students who require a replacement or duplicate certificate, or other graduation-related document must submit a written request by email to info@jacobsmedicalacademy.com.

 

The fee for all replacement or duplicate graduation documents is $35.00 per item. Replacement requests will not be processed until payment has been received.

This ceremony is a proud and meaningful occasion to recognize your hard work, perseverance, and dedication — surrounded by your family, friends, and JMA staff. This moment marks the beginning of your journey into the healthcare field, and we are honored to celebrate it with you.

 

Please Note:

 

• Student must successfully complete the program and meet all requirements to graduate.

• Tuition must be paid in full to become eligible for graduation.
