Refund Policy

Students who choose to withdraw from Jacobs Medical Academy will be subject to the following refund policy:

Administrative fee of $100 is (Non-refundable)

These items will not be refunded: NHA exam, CPR training, NHA study guide + practice test, graduation packages or scrubs.

72 Hours before scheduled start date, students can contact the school to be moved to a later start date. You can only move your start date once.

If students do a no call, no show you will have to re-enroll.

If students cancel the day of class, they will be required to re-enroll by paying another non refundable administrative fee.

Tuitions that have been paid in full, refunds are calculated in increments(excluding the administrative fee) of 20%, rounded down to the nearest 20% of the course period completed.

Once a student has attended 60% of the course, the academy reserves the right to charge the full tuition amount.

Refunds will be processed and issued within 40 days from the effective cancellation date or the last date of attendance.
Below is an example of our refund policy:

Student attended two weeks of a 5-week term, for which the charge was $850

5-2= 3weeks not completed

3)5 = .6, or 60% of term not completed

Rounded downward to the nearest 10 percent of that period = 60%

.60 x 850 = $510 - $100 administration fee = $410 refund due to student
