Admissions Standards for Jacobs Medical Academy Phlebotomy Program:
1. Eligibility Requirements:

Applicants must be 17 years of age or older.

A high school diploma or GED is required to take the NHA Exam.

YES you can enroll into our program without either and still qualify to receive your certificate of completion upon successfully completing our program.

While Jacobs Medical Academy is committed to providing quality education and training, we cannot guarantee that individuals with a criminal background will secure employment in the field of phlebotomy. Employers may conduct their own background checks, and eligibility for certain certifications or job placements may vary.
