Academic Performance & Tuition Responsibility Policy
Academic Performance & Tuition Responsibility Policy
To maintain academic excellence and ensure fairness for all learners, Jacobs Medical Academy upholds the following standards for every program offered:
Minimum Academic Requirement
All students are required to achieve a minimum final grade of 70% to successfully complete any program at Jacobs Medical Academy. This standard applies to all courses, assessments, practical skills evaluations, and certification requirements.
Failure to Meet Academic Standards
If a student does not meet the required 70% grade and fails the program:
-
The student is still financially responsible for the full tuition amount if they are enrolled in a student financing plan.
-
If the student has already paid tuition in full, no refunds will be issued. Tuition covers instruction, administrative costs, materials, and reserved seat placement, and therefore is non-refundable regardless of academic outcome.

Re-Enrollment After Program Failure
Students who wish to re-enroll in a program after failing must:
-
Pay any remaining tuition balance in full before being eligible to register for another program at Jacobs Medical Academy.
-
Submit a new enrollment form and meet all program requirements at the time of re-enrollment.
