Accepted Payment Methods & Processing Fees

Jacobs Medical Academy offers a variety of convenient payment options for. Please review the accepted methods and their associated processing fees below:

 

• Credit/Debit Card Payments (via Wix):
  Additional 3.4% processing fee will be applied

• American Express:
  Additional 3.5% processing fee will be applied ​​

• Cash App:
  No processing fee  

​

• Venmo:
  Additional 2.9% processing fee 

​

• Zelle:
  No processing fee 

​

• Students who are not paying in full, must be on ACH draft payments

​

• All enrollment deposits must be paid online

​

• Klarna/After Pay may only be uses to pay the remainder of tuition not enrollment deposit. Those who use these services will be subject to covering Klarna/After Pay merchant fee starting at $125 - $230, it will be included at the time when you use your Klarna/After Pay services. Plus our 3.4% processor fee.

Please Note:

 Students are responsible for any processing fees associated with their selected payment method. These fees are automatically calculated and added at checkout when applicable.

WE DO ACCEPT CHECKS FROM: organizations that have agreed to pay for your program. We must have your voucher before your can start.
