JMA Teen Summer Camp Enrollment Multiple children may be enrolled at the same time. A $25 non-refundable enrollment deposit is required per child. ⸻ Tuition and Fees Full Week (Monday–Friday): First Child: $125/week Additional Sibling: $100/week 3-Day Option: First Child: $100/week Additional Sibling: $75/week Weekly payments are due every Monday and will be processed through automatic draft starting June 1, 2026. By enrolling, you authorize Jacobs Medical Academy to charge your selected payment method weekly for tuition. Field trips are optional and may require additional fees. ⸻ Enrollment Requirement Parents/guardians are required to complete an enrollment appointment to discuss any concerns, including health conditions, behavior, and to complete required paperwork. Enrollment appointments can be scheduled during checkout after registration is submitted. ⸻ Program Overview The JMA Teen Summer Camp is a 9-week structured program for teens ages 13–17. Dates: June 1 – July 31, 2026 Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Capacity: 30 participants This program focuses on life skills, confidence building, and real-world exposure in a structured environment. Participants will engage in: * Weekly field trips and activities * Guest speakers including community leaders, healthcare professionals, and military representatives * Career exploration, including healthcare exposure * Group discussions on mental health, stress management, decision-making, and teen pregnancy prevention * Team-building activities and projects Daily schedules may vary based on field trips and planned events. ⸻ Before You Enroll * Enrollment is first come, first served * Only 30 spots available * Enrollment appointment is required * Permission slips are required for field trips * Consistent attendance is expected ⸻ Secure Your Spot Complete the registration form, add each child, and submit the $25 deposit per child to reserve your spots.
