Medical Assistant
The Medical Assistant Program (Accelerated)- at Jacobs Medical Academy is an 84-hour training program that prepares students for both clinical and administrative responsibilities in healthcare. Medical Assistants are essential members of the healthcare team, providing direct patient care while supporting the daily operations of medical facilities. Students will develop skills in measuring vital signs, assisting with patient examinations, specimen collection, medication administration, injections, and performing EKGs, along with learning the fundamentals of laboratory procedures. In addition, students gain training in administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and managing electronic health records. Graduates of this program are eligible to sit for the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) exam. The program is offered in a Hybrid format to combine online learning with hands-on clinical training. Upon completion, graduates are prepared for career opportunities in physicians’ offices, specialty clinics such as OB/GYN, pediatrics, and cardiology, as well as hospitals, urgent care centers, outpatient facilities, long-term care, and rehabilitation centers.

Total Tuition: $4,695
High School Diploma or GED:
A High School Diploma or GED is not required to enroll into this program.
However, a High School Diploma or GED is required to sit for the NHA CCMA national certification exam.
Students without a diploma or GED may still enroll and complete the program but will not be eligible for national certification until they earn a High School Diploma or GED.

A $550 non-refundable deposit is required to enroll and secure your seat in the Medical Assistant program.
At checkout, students will have the option to:
• Choose student financing, or
• Pay the remaining balance in full on the first day of class.

Student Financing
12 Bi-Weekly Payments of:

Bi-weekly payments are required to attend and remain enrolled, even if the financing portal reflects monthly payments.

These payments must be paid through Zelle or through your portal. All payments will be deducted from portal balance within 48 hours.

12.50% interest rate. $135 finance fee included.
No penalties to pay off early.
No credit check is required.
The financing portal will reflect the monthly payment.
Students will have full access to their payment portal, allowing them to make weekly, bi-weekly, or additional payments at any time based on their personal pay schedule.

Uniforms:
Jacobs Medical Academy provides 1 set of uniforms to all enrolled students as part of the program requirements. Students will receive their uniforms directly from the school prior to the first day of class.

NHA Exam:

Eligible graduates (tuition paid in full + program passed + HS diploma/GED) receive 1 NHA CCMA exam covered by the school ($165 value).

Graduation Items
Upon successful completion of the program and a zero tuition balance, students will receive:
• A lab jacket
• A graduation cap
• A professional graduation photoshoot, which includes 2 edited photos at no additional fee
All graduation items and photos are covered by the school.
