12-Week Accelerated Medical Billing & Coding Program Class Dates: January 25–April 12, 2027 Schedule: Mondays Only | 3:00 PM–6:00 PM Program Length: 12 Weeks Location: Jacobs Medical Academy 349 E. Blackstock Road, Suite B Spartanburg, SC 29301 Program Tuition: $3,162 Administrative Fee: $50 Total Tuition + Administrative Fee: $3,212 Administrative Fee: The $50 non-refundable Administrative Fee is due online when applying. This fee is separate from tuition and is not applied toward the $3,162 tuition balance. Tuition Deposit: A $350 tuition deposit is due at your enrollment appointment and is applied toward tuition. Remaining Tuition Balance: $2,812 12-Week Accelerated Payment Options: • 12 Weekly Payments: $246.28 • 6 Biweekly Payments: $492.57 Payment Plan Requirement: If tuition is not paid in full at the enrollment appointment, the student will be placed on an ACH payment plan. Students may select the weekly or biweekly payment option. ACH Payment Schedule: ACH payments begin Monday, January 25, 2027, the same day the program begins. Weekly payments are drafted every Monday, and biweekly payments are drafted every other Monday. Processing Fees: Processing fees are already included in the scheduled payment amounts listed above and are separate from the $3,162 tuition amount. All students are responsible for purchasing their required school scrubs from our partnered manufacturer for $40 per pair. NHA study materials and the NHA National Certification Exam fee are not included in tuition.
