Jacobs Lab Services provides professional and confidential laboratory testing and convenient access to select wellness services for individuals and families.
DNA Paternity Testing
Get the answers you need with confidential DNA paternity testing. Testing is completed using a simple cheek-swab collection from the child and alleged father. Personal knowledge and legal testing options are available depending on your needs.
Non-Invasive Prenatal Paternity Testing
Determine possible paternity while you are still pregnant. This non-invasive test uses a blood sample from the mother and a DNA sample from the alleged father to analyze fetal DNA and determine paternity. No amniocentesis or CVS is required. Eligibility and testing timelines are based on the laboratory’s requirements.
Early Gender DNA Testing
Find out what you’re having as early as 6 weeks into pregnancy. Early gender testing uses a maternal blood sample to analyze fetal DNA and determine whether the pregnancy is consistent with a baby boy or baby girl. Eligibility is based on the testing laboratory’s requirements.
Medical Weight Management
Our medical weight-management services connect patients with licensed medical providers for individualized evaluations and treatment planning. When medically appropriate, prescription medication may be included as part of a patient’s weight-management plan.
Wellness Services
Our wellness services are designed to support each patient’s individual health and wellness goals. Services may include wellness evaluations, weight-management support, individualized treatment planning, and follow-up care under the direction of licensed healthcare professionals.
Telehealth & In-Person Appointments
Depending on the service and patient eligibility, medical appointments may be available through telehealth or in person. Medical evaluations, treatment decisions, and prescriptions are handled by appropriately licensed healthcare professionals.
Prescription medications are not guaranteed and are prescribed only when determined medically appropriate by the treating licensed provider.
