20-Week Standard Online Pharmacy Technician Program Program Length: 20 Weeks Format: 100% Online Coursework + Required Externship This program is completed fully online. Students may work ahead and complete coursework sooner. All assignments are due every Friday by 11:59 PM. Students are required to successfully complete an externship as part of the program. Enrollment Appointment: Students may select an in-person or video conference enrollment appointment. Out-of-state students should select the Video Conference option when scheduling their enrollment appointment. Program Tuition: $3,719 Administrative Fee: $50 Total Tuition + Administrative Fee: $3,769 Administrative Fee: The $50 non-refundable Administrative Fee is due online when applying. This fee is separate from tuition and is not applied toward the $3,719 tuition balance. Tuition Deposit: A $350 tuition deposit is due at your enrollment appointment and is applied toward tuition. Remaining Tuition Balance: $3,369 20-Week Standard Payment Options: • 20 Weekly Payments: $173.45 • 10 Biweekly Payments: $346.91 Payment Plan Requirement: If tuition is not paid in full at the enrollment appointment, the student will be placed on an ACH payment plan. Students may select the weekly or biweekly payment option. ACH Payment Schedule: ACH payments begin the same Monday the student chooses to start the program. Weekly payments are drafted every Monday, and biweekly payments are drafted every other Monday. Processing Fees: Processing fees are already included in the scheduled payment amounts listed above and are separate from the $3,719 tuition amount. All students are responsible for purchasing their required school scrubs from our partnered manufacturer for $40 per pair. NHA study materials and the NHA National Certification Exam fee are not included in tuition.
