This link is to schedule the required enrollment appointment to attend the Medical Billing & Coding Program. Course access is granted after completion of the enrollment appointment. On the day of your appointment, school staff will call you at the scheduled time you selected. Please be available and have access to your email at that time. ———— Medical Billing and Coding Program/ 100% Online Fully online students have no set schedule. Log in and complete your work anytime during the week, but all assignments must be finished by Friday @ 11:59p. The Medical Billing and Coding Program prepares students for healthcare administrative roles involving coding systems, insurance billing, and electronic health records. Students learn the fundamentals of medical coding, claim processing, reimbursement procedures, healthcare documentation, and administrative responsibilities needed to support medical offices, clinics, and healthcare facilities. Program Delivery Format: Fully Online Program Length: 12 Weeks | 72 Clock Hours 6 hours of structured online coursework including prerecorded instruction, coding practice, assignments, and-guided learning activities. Tuition Amount: $2,675 Tuition & Payment Options • $550 Enrollment Deposit (applied toward tuition; non-refundable) • $300 due first day of class Payment Plan Options • 11 Weekly Payments — $165.91 each • 6 Bi-Weekly Payments — $304.17 each All payments will be set up on autodraft. A 3.4% processing fee applies to online or card payments. Processing fees are charged by the payment processor and are not applied toward tuition balances. Please note those who do not complete their payment will lose access to their portal. ****Computer Lab Access for Online & Hybrid Students Students enrolled in online or hybrid programs may attend the school Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM to utilize school computers, internet access, and educational resources for the completion of coursework, assignments, and other program-related activities. Access is subject to availability and must be used for educational purposes only. Students are expected to follow all school policies while utilizing school resources.
