This link is to schedule the required enrollment appointment to attend the Medical Administrative Assistant Program. Course access is granted after completion of the enrollment appointment. On the day of your appointment if you selected “Phone Call”, school staff will call you at the scheduled time you selected. Please be available and have access to your email at that time. ————— Medical Administrative Assistant (100% Online Program) Fully online students have no set schedule. Log in and complete your work anytime during the week, but all assignments must be finished by Friday @ 11:59p. The Medical Administrative Assistant Program prepares students for administrative roles in healthcare settings and for the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) certification exam. Instruction includes patient scheduling, electronic health records (EHR) documentation, medical records management, insurance verification, medical billing fundamentals, healthcare communication, and professional administrative responsibilities. Program Format: 100% Online Program Length: 13 Weeks | 80 Clock Hours FULLY Online Online Instruction: Portals must be accessed weekly and includes 6 hours weekly of structured online coursework including online modules, assignments, and instructor-guided learning activities. Tuition Amount: $3,250 Tuition & Payment Options • $550 Enrollment Deposit (applied toward tuition; non-refundable) • $300 due first day of class Payment Plan Options: • 12 Weekly Payments — $200 each • 7 Bi-Weekly Payments — $343 each A 3.4% processing fee applies to online or card payments. Processing fees are charged by the payment processor and are not applied toward tuition balances. Please be prepared to set up auto draft at your enrollment appointment. ***Computer Lab Access for Online & Hybrid Students Students enrolled in online or hybrid programs may attend the school Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM to utilize school computers, internet access, and educational resources for the completion of coursework, assignments, and other program-related activities. Access is subject to availability and must be used for educational purposes only. Students are expected to follow all school policies while utilizing school resources.
