American Red Cross Instructor-Led AED/First Aid/CPR Training — Adult & Pediatric Once you pay, please allow up to 24 hours during business days to receive an email from the American Red Cross. By clicking the link in the email, you will create your account and begin completing your required online modules. Please note: When you choose your calendar date, that date will be your in-person hands-on training day. All American Red Cross online modules must be completed before your scheduled training date.
