Application Fee

Service Description

A $25 Application Fee is required to process your application before scheduling your enrollment appointment. A $25 non-refundable Enrollment Fee is due at your enrollment appointment to reserve your seat at Jacobs Medical Academy. This fee will be be applied toward your tuition if you enroll. If you do not attend your scheduled enrollment appointment (no-show), the Enrollment Fee is non-refundable. During your enrollment appointment, our staff will: • Complete your Jacobs Medical Academy enrollment paperwork. • Review all tuition and payment options available to you. • Assist you with applying for student loan financing (if interested). • Accept your tuition deposit and set up your ACH payment plan (if applicable). • Have you try on scrubs to determine your correct size. • Take your photo and create your official Jacobs Medical Academy Student ID. • Answer any questions about your program, class schedule, and getting started.
