Student Financing

Student Financing Option at Jacobs Medical Academy

Jacobs Medical Academy – Student Financing Policy

Jacobs Medical Academy offers a Student Financing Option to make healthcare education more accessible and affordable. This option allows students to begin their program without paying full tuition upfront, secure their enrollment seat, and pay the remaining balance over time through monthly payments.

Eligibility and Required Documents

Students may select Student Financing at checkout for any eligible program.

To process financing, the following required documents must be uploaded at checkout:

  • Government-issued Driver’s License or State ID

  • Physical Social Security Card (required for identity verification and fraud prevention)

  • Enrollment deposit: $550

Please note that student financing payments are reported to all major credit bureaus. While no credit pull is required, all on-time payments and missed or late payments will be reported accordingly.

Applications cannot be processed without all required documents.

Any falsified, altered, or invalid documents will result in immediate rejection from admissions.

Financing Terms

All student financing agreements include:

  • 12.50% interest rate

  • $135 finance fee added to the student’s loan

  • Bi-weekly payments based on total tuition and program selection

  • Online access to view balances and make payments

  • No credit check (a co-signer may be required if unemployed)

  • Monthly payments are reported to all three major credit bureaus

These terms apply to all programs offered at Jacobs Medical Academy.

Completion, Exam, and Graduation Eligibility

The following policies apply to every program at Jacobs Medical Academy:

Students will NOT receive any of the following until tuition is paid in full:

  • Certificate of Completion

  • Authorization or referral for any state or national exam

  • Eligibility to sit for the NHA exam or any external exam

  • Participation in graduation or pinning ceremonies

No exceptions will be made.

Financial Responsibility Policy

When selecting Student Financing, students agree to the following:

  • If a student fails a program, they remain fully financially responsible for the remaining balance of their loan.

  • Student financing payments are non-refundable, regardless of academic performance or withdrawal.

  • If tuition was paid in full prior to failing a program, no refunds will be issued.

Tuition covers instruction, administrative processing, learning materials, and seat reservation—all of which are utilized whether or not the student completes the program.

Tuition Balance Policy

Students must maintain a current tuition balance to attend classes. Any past-due balance will result in the student being unable to attend class or participate in labs until the account is brought up to date.

Failure to remain current may delay program completion and graduation.

Re-Enrollment After Failing a Program

Students must meet the following conditions before enrolling in another program:

  • Zero balance on their current tuition account

  • Submission of a new enrollment form

  • Compliance with all current program requirements
